How does selling on Woof World Marketplace work?
You create your seller account, build your storefront presence, list products or services, manage pricing and inventory, and sell directly to customers through the marketplace.
What are storefronts, and how do I choose the right one?
Woof World Marketplace is organized into specialized storefronts to help customers find the right products and services faster. When you create listings, you’ll choose the storefront that best matches what you’re offering — this improves visibility, relevance, and buyer trust.

Storefronts include:
  • Dog Store – Premium dog products: accessories, toys, food, and everyday essentials.
  • Dog Pros – Professional services: training, grooming, veterinary care, and expert support.
  • Dog Life – Lifestyle and experiences: travel, wellness, and modern dog-parent living.
  • Music Studio – Dog-inspired music: playlists, calming audio, and original compositions.
  • For Humans – Products for dog lovers: apparel, home items, accessories, and merch.
  • Art Gallery – Artwork and custom creations: portraits, prints, and unique dog-inspired pieces.

Good to know: If you sell multiple product types or offer multiple services, you can select multiple storefronts during signup and list each offering in the best-fit storefront. You’ll see these options on the seller application page: marketplace.woofworld.com/sell.
How do I become a seller?
Apply through our seller signup page: marketplace.woofworld.com/sell. Applications are reviewed to ensure quality, safety, and alignment with marketplace standards.
Are there fees or commissions?
Sellers may be subject to marketplace commissions and/or service fees. These are shared during onboarding and included in the seller agreement.
How and when do sellers get paid?
Payments are processed through the marketplace and released to sellers according to the payout schedule after orders are successfully completed.
Who handles shipping and fulfillment?
Sellers handle packaging, shipping, fulfillment, and tracking updates for their own orders. Keep handling times and shipping settings accurate to avoid delays and improve customer satisfaction.
How are returns, refunds, and disputes handled?
Sellers set their return and refund policies. If a dispute comes up, the marketplace may assist to help reach a fair resolution for both sides.
What standards must sellers follow?
Sellers are expected to maintain strong customer service, accurate listings, timely fulfillment, and compliance with marketplace policies to keep the marketplace trusted and high-quality.
